Email stocksaviour.support@gmail.com. Include the monitor name, the approximate time of the check, and what you expected. Never send passwords, verification codes, customer data, or payment details.

Before contacting us

Open SiteSaviour from Shopify Admin and select Check now.
Confirm that the monitor URL belongs to the connected store.
Open the same page in a private browser window to confirm it is publicly reachable.
Review the Changes page for a theme, script, or page change near the first failure.
